Since 1990

Support that feels like home.

Kokua Services is a nonprofit providing residential support to adults with disabilities in Thurston County. For more than three decades, we've believed the people we serve deserve to live where they choose, on their terms, with the support they need to thrive.

That work is done by people like you — patient, present, and willing to show up. If you've been searching for a job where the small moments matter, we'd love to meet you.

Every shift, you help someone live the fullest life possible in their own home. That's not a slogan — it's the job.

A diverse, welcoming workplace

We're an Equal Opportunity Employer and we mean it. Bring who you are.
